Family Counseling & Support


Christina provides support and guidance to families in an effort to increase communication & compassion and deepen understanding & respect for one another. The focus of family work will vary depending on the needs presented. Family sessions may include guided relaxation combined with cognitive behavioral approaches and activities designed to build and increase relational awareness. Topics for families may include:


  • Active Listening 
  • Relational Awareness
  • Kindness & Compassion
  • Conflict Resolution
  • ​Separation & Divorce


​​Family sessions are generally provided for 90 minutes, once-per-week. If the family is working in concert with other professionals, Christina can collaborate to support and provide a cohesive support plan.
