Christina provides individual support to clients who may want to work on increasing their quality of life in a variety of ways. The focus of individual work can vary and will often include guided meditation combined with cognitive behavioral approaches through Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy techniques. Topics and areas to work will depend on the needs of the client but may include:
Individual sessions are generally provided for 50 minutes, once-per-week. If the client is working in concert with other professionals, Christina can collaborate and create individualized sessions to support and meet personal goals.
